HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?


 

The Van's Camera Customer Service Department can be reached at 330-493-3534, or by email at Vanscamera@neo.rr.com. Our Business hours are 10-8 Monday through Friday and 10-6 on Saturday. While Store staff will be present to answer any product questions from 12-4 on Sundays the Customer Service Department will be closed.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?


 

Van's Camera is committed to ship every order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, the cancellation must take place within 1 hour from the time the order was placed. After that time period your order will have already entered our fulfillment process and we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellations email us at VansCamera@neo.rr.com or call us at 330-493-3534. If your order has already been shipped it can be refused upon delivery and will fall under Van's Standard Return Policy.

 

WHAT IS VAN'S RESTOCKING FEE?


 

a 15% Restocking fee will be charges unless the item is received defective, received damaged, prohibited by law or the wrong item was shipped to you. Please not a restocking fees of %25 can be charged on certain clearance or special purchase items which we'll be stated on the items purchase page.

An additional fee may be charges on products returned as defective or damaged which are verified to be fully operational upon return. Also, any return that is found to be missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging or any original materials may be rejected or it can be subjected to additional restocking fees to cover the price of Van's replacing the missing items.

 

DOES VAN'S CHARGE SALES TAX?


 

Van's is only required to collect Sales Tax in Ohio as we have business locations within that state. All other customers will not be asked to pay sales tax.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VAN'S ACCEPT?


 

Van's Camera accepts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Van's Camera Gift Certificates which were purchased for use at Van's Camera. They can be used for online purchases if they are mailed in along with order. We also accept cashier's check, personal check, postal or bank money orders. There may be slight delays in shipping while check's clear for deposit.

 

WHY ARE SOME PRICES ON THE WEB SITE DIFFERENT THAN IN STORE?


 

Van's Camera is staffed with a number of Camera and Photographic specialists and support team members, many who have been with Van's for over a decade, some more than two decades, and are trained to respond to any question or concern a customer may have. Also, our showroom allows customers to inspect and test any product.

We also offer free photo schools to anyone who buys a camera in-store as well as giving any in-store customer a package of coupons and offering a package of free photo processing at no additional charge.

The cost of this level of customer service and free services can at times increases the overhead for our in-store pricing as well must pay for space, training and other things that are not present online.

We are happy to offer the best prices possible both in-store and online and are assured you'll be satisfied with your purchse no matter how you shop with Van's Camera.
